Effective immediately, in order to liquidate state funds (Fund 11000), LEAs should submit fund requests for drawdowns from eGMS for expenditures occurring on or before June 30, 2026. In order to meet this deadline, districts should submit fund requests by June 12th to ensure reimbursement prior to June 30th. Districts should request sufficient funds needed to meet their unpaid obligations through June 30th. These advance payment requests must be reasonable and have a high probability of occurring within the current fiscal year. This guidance supersedes all prior guidance relating to liquidation of state grants.

ARPA Grants Fund Requests Deadline – All ARPA grants need to be liquidated by the end of the 2026 fiscal year. To meet this deadline, all submissions for fund requests must be submitted to CSDE by 6/15/2026. Please contact your Program Manager with any questions.

ATTENTION: Subgrantee recipients are reminded to file their annual Statement of Expenditure Reports in eGMS for the fiscal year ending June 30, YYYY and if applicable, for the project period ending after June 30, YYYY. These reports are now due; therefore, recipients whose reports are not completed in eGMS by December 30, 2025, will begin receiving refund letters in January 2026. Please work with your program managers if you have any questions.

We will coordinate efforts to expedite responses through resolutions to better serve you. Questions regarding allowable and unallowable expenditures should still be directed to your program managers.
